Over-promising comes at a much higher cost than losing the business. - Requirement Translation: Identify pain points in frontline business operations and translate them into clear, logical product iteration requirements that the technical team can execute, thereby minimizing communication friction. - Key Traits: Demonstrate rigorous logical thinking, maintain a strong sensitivity to emerging technologies, and quickly grasp the underlying architecture of healthcare AI systems. Soft Skills (both equally important): - Pragmatic Communication: Both written and verbal expression must be direct and clear. You should be able to explain complex matters in plain language without relying on industry jargon. - Strong Execution: The commercialization process from 0 to 1 is full of tedious, repetitive tasks and frequent setbacks. We need someone who can break down goals into daily actionable steps and follow through diligently—not someone who merely excels at writing proposals. - No Boundaries: As a rapidly growing team, many tasks lack established processes. We are looking for candidates with strong curiosity and self-drive who can take initiative and move things forward in ambiguous situations.
