岗位职责： 内科住院部青年医生 作为和睦家北京区内科住院部青年医生，你将在国际化的医疗团队中，承担内科住院患者的全面诊疗工作，工作职责包括： *对内科患者（包括急诊、紧急和非紧急情况）及 ICU 患者进行全面体格检查与评估，根据 住院部&ICU主任安排，完成 普通病房及ICU的值班覆盖工作 *在主治医生指导下，参与内科亚专科患者的联合收治（Co-admission）参与内科医疗发展项目，如协助制定规章制度、培训计划及质量改进监测体系等 *选择、安排并执行辅助检查与操作程序，明确并记录鉴别诊断 *依据医疗规范开具检验、操作及治疗方案医嘱；在权限范围内执行必要的诊断和治疗操作，必要时进行会诊 *解读诊断结果（血气分析、影像学、心电图等），确定后续诊疗方案 *协调跨专科医疗团队协作，保持与患者及家属的良好沟通 *参与医学和护理人员的教育培训，按科室安排承担院内值班（on-call）参与医院组织的社区健康活动遵守医院规章制度和操作规范完成医务总监和内科主任交办的其他工作 我们需要什么样的人： *临床医学硕士及以上学历应届毕业生（2025-2027届），内科学、重症医学、急诊医学等相关专业均可 *具备扎实的内科临床理论基础，具有规范化培训 *有三甲医院实习经验或相关临床工作经验者优先；已取得执业医师资格证者优先； *良好的中英文双语沟通能力 *愿意在带教指导下逐步掌握各类医疗操作，致力于为住院患者提供以患者为中心的安全、高效医疗服务 *团队协作精神强，具备多任务处理能力 Junior Physician – Internal Medicine Inpatient Department As a Junior Physician in the Internal Medicine Inpatient Department at United Family Beijing, you will work within an international medical team and take on comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of internal medicine inpatients. Responsibilities include: - Performing comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of internal medicine patients (including emergency, urgent and non-urgent cases) and ICU patients; covering on-call duties in general wards and the ICU as arranged by the Inpatient Department & ICU Director. - Under the guidance of attending physicians, participating in Co-admission of internal medicine sub-specialty patients; participating in internal medicine development projects such as assisting with the formulation of policies and procedures, training programs and quality-improvement monitoring systems. - Selecting, arranging and performing diagnostic investigations and procedures; identifying and documenting differential diagnoses. - Ordering laboratory tests, procedures and treatment plans in accordance with medical standards; performing necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice, and arranging consultations when required. - Interpreting diagnostic results (blood gas analysis, imaging, ECG, etc.) and determining subsequent treatment plans. - Coordinating cross-specialty medical team collaboration and maintaining effective communication with patients and their families. - Participating in the education and training of medical and nursing staff; taking hospital on-call duties as scheduled by the department; participating in hospital-organized community health activities; complying with hospital rules and operating procedures; completing other duties assigned by the Medical Director and the Internal Medicine Director. What We Are Looking For: - Fresh graduates (classes of 2025–2027) with a Master's degree or above in Clinical Medicine; Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Emergency Medicine and related specialties are all welcome. - A solid theoretical foundation in clinical internal medicine, with standardized residency training. - Internship experience in a tertiary (Grade 3A) hospital or relevant clinical experience preferred; holders of the Medical Practitioner Qualification Certificate preferred. - Good bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English. - Willingness to progressively master various medical procedures under supervision and guidance, with a commitment to providing patient-centered, safe and efficient care for inpatients. - Strong team spirit and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
