Command fundamental theories and knowledge to conduct rehabilitation assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions. 2. Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services, specializing in the evaluation and training of motor functions. 3. Provide clinical instruction and academic teaching in rehabilitation techniques. 岗位要求： 1. 康复科学及相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士研究生学历优先 2. 世界作业治疗师联合会（WFOT）/世界物理治疗联盟（WCPT）认证项目毕业者，或软科中国大学排名/QS世界大学排名/ARWU学科排名靠前院校毕业生优先 3. 具有规范化临床培训经历者优先 4.能熟练撰写专业邮件/报告、文献翻译及技术文档编制 5.能积极参与英文会议讨论，清晰阐述专业观点 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Rehabilitation Sciences or related disciplines; Master's degree preferred. 2. Graduates from WFOT/WCPT-accredited programs or top-ranked institutions per Soft Science China University Rankings, QS World University Rankings, or ARWU subject rankings preferred. 3. Prior structured clinical training experience preferred. 4. Native-equivalent English proficiency with demonstrated ability to draft professional emails/reports, translate literature, and produce technically precise documentation. 5. Capable of actively contributing to English conference discussions while articulating professional perspectives with clarity.
