岗位职责： 1. 在科主任领导和主治医师指导下，负责分管患者的医疗工作，包括床边查房、值班值守及急诊复苏抢救； 2. 及时完成患者检诊、病房巡视、病历书写及治疗实施，加强危重患者监护，积极开展抢救工作，并及时向上级医师汇报； 3. 严格遵守医疗机构规章制度、临床诊疗指南和操作规程，在指导或监督下开展诊断性检查及治疗性操作，防范医疗差错与不良事件； 4. 持续提升医学专业技能，运用循证医学方法开展新技术研究，参与科研项目并通过学术论文发表推动临床知识更新； 5. 清晰耐心地向患者解释病情及治疗方案，确保患者充分理解并完成知情同意文书签署。 1. Under the leadership of the department director and guidance of attending physicians, manage assigned patient care duties including bedside rounds, on-call shifts, and emergency resuscitation. 2. Conduct timely patient examinations, ward rounds, documentation of medical records, and treatment delivery. Enhance monitoring for critical cases, provide active resuscitation, and promptly report to supervising physicians. 3. Strictly adhere to institutional protocols, clinical guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures independently or under supervision to prevent medical errors and adverse events. 4. Continuously advance medical expertise by adopting evidence-based techniques. Develop new therapies, participate in research, and contribute to clinical knowledge through scholarly publications. 5. Clearly and patiently explain diagnoses and treatment plans to patients to ensure comprehensive understanding and documented consent. 岗位要求： 1. 具备康复医学、临床医学及相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士研究生学历优先； 2. 完成重症监护/康复医学专业住院医师规范化培训。 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Rehabilitation Medicine, Clinical Medicine or related fields; Master's degree preferred; 2. Completion of formal residency training in Critical Care/Rehabilitation Medicine.
