The 12-month program consists of three phases: centralized training, rotational assignments, and role-specific development. Upon successful completion of rotations and assessments, trainees will enter our elite talent pipeline and gain access to accelerated career advancement paths in clinical departments or functional areas such as operations, marketing, clinical quality, centralized procurement, and general administration — with the goal of becoming future leaders in healthcare. Key Responsibilities 1. Rotational Assignments: Rotate through functional modules of the Medical Affairs Office (medical quality, clinical operations, medical education, healthcare compliance, etc.) to gain a comprehensive understanding of department operations 2. Project Engagement: Deeply participate in key projects such as medical quality improvement, patient safety management, and clinical pathway optimization, taking ownership of specific tasks and driving implementation 3. Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing healthcare operations data; prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making 4. Process Optimization: Participate in the review and optimization of healthcare service processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clinical departments, nursing department, operations, and marketing teams to drive Medical Affairs initiatives forward 6. Policy Research: Monitor national and local healthcare policy and regulatory developments, analyze their impact on Group business, and propose response strategies 7.
