Responsibilities 1. Support the execution of ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, private placements, rights issues and other equity / equity-linked fundraising exercises. 2. Prepare pitch books, market updates, transaction comparables, investor presentations and internal approval materials. 3. Conduct industry, company and market research; assist with financial analysis, valuation and peer benchmarking. 4. Maintain and update ECM transaction databases, investor lists and deal trackers. 5. Assist with NDR / roadshow arrangements, investor targeting, meeting scheduling and follow-up materials. 6. Liaise with internal teams such as IB coverage, sales, trading, legal and compliance, and external parties including issuers, investors, lawyers and auditors during deal execution. 7. Support day-to-day client enquiries and deal-related communication under supervision. 8. Ensure work complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements 1. Final-year undergraduate or master’s students, or recent graduates, in finance, economics, accounting, business or a related discipline. 2. Relevant internship experience in ECM, investment banking, equity research, sales & trading, corporate finance or capital markets is preferred. 3. Strong interest in equity capital markets and corporate finance. 4. Basic financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus for Hong Kong-based roles. 6. Detail-oriented, proactive, team-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure.
