Responsibilities 1. Support senior Equity Sales professionals in covering institutional clients, including mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, insurance companies and family offices. 2. Distribute equity research, market updates, trade ideas and ECM/IPO/block trade opportunities to clients. 3. Assist in preparing daily market commentary, morning meeting materials and client presentations. 4. Coordinate with trading, research, ECM, corporate access and other internal teams to deliver timely market information and execution support. 5. Support client meetings, roadshows, NDRs, conferences and corporate access events. 6. Maintain client coverage lists, CRM records, meeting schedules and deal-related trackers. 7. Handle day-to-day client enquiries regarding market data, account onboarding and post-trade coordination under supervision. 8. Assist with order handling coordination in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. 9. Develop knowledge of equity products, market microstructure, trading flows and relevant regulations. Requirements 1. Final-year undergraduate or master’s students, or recent graduates, in finance, economics, business, accounting or related disciplines. 2. Relevant internship experience in equity sales, trading, equity research, ECM, investment banking or asset management is preferred. 3. Strong interest in equity markets and financial products. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus for Hong Kong-based roles. 5. Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, team-oriented and able to work under pressure. 6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg, Reuters or Wind knowledge is a plus.
