Responsibilities 1. Receive on-site training from portfolio managers, traders and strategy analysts; develop credit and macro trading capabilities. 2. Assist portfolio managers/traders with daily trading work, including market data tracking, pricing, quote requests, order entry support, trade records and trade confirmations. 3. Track credit, rates, FX and commodities markets; prepare macro, credit, funding, curve and spread analysis. 4. Assist strategy analysts with data processing, modeling, backtesting and trading strategy research. 5. Maintain trading ledgers, positions, P&L, risk exposure and reports. 6. Coordinate with sales, middle/back office, risk, compliance and research teams to support smooth trading execution. 7. Assist the establishment of client-facing business platform under the guidance of compliance and licensing requirements. Requirements 1. Final-year undergraduate or master’s students, or recent graduates, in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science or related disciplines. 2. Relevant internship experience in FICC trading, sales, research, risk, asset management or investment banking is preferred. 3. Strong interest in fixed income, credit, macro, FX and commodities markets. 4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Excel required; Python/R/SQL/VBA and Bloomberg/Wind are pluses. 5. Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus. 6. Quick-minded and multi-task oriented, able to work under pressure with good team work spirit and compliance-awareness.
