Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : • Utilize AI tools such as DIFY, TRAE, Lingma to solve business problems, translating manual operational workflows into automated sequences. • Evaluate AI outputs, detect hallucinations, and write semantic tests (validating customer intent) rather than merely unit tests (validating basic functionality). • Proficiently use MS Office. Proficiency in Power Platform Apps can be a plus. • Proficiency in coding (e.g. Python/C++/Java) can be a plus. • Proficiency Power Automate/Bi can be a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills. • A fast learner and strong team player. • Always take the initiative, self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude. • Good command of spoken and written English 为胜任本岗位工作，任职者需出色完成各项核心工作职责：统筹协调影响业务运营的各类信息技术相关工作与活动；从技术层面开展风险管理；为有信息技术相关能力需求的同事提供支持；结合业务需求提供技术解决方案。 学历及工作经验要求 本科及以上学历，管理信息系统、计算机科学、数据科学、统计学或其他相关专业优先。 专业知识、技能与综合能力 1. 能够运用DIFY、TRAE、灵马（Lingma）等人工智能工具解决业务问题，将人工操作流程转化为自动化流程； 2. 具备评估人工智能输出内容、识别模型幻觉问题的能力，可编写语义测试用例（校验用户真实需求），而非仅编写基础单元测试用例（校验基础功能）； 3. 熟练使用微软办公套件，掌握Power Platform应用者优先； 4. 掌握Python、C++、Java等任意一门编程语言者优先； 5. 熟练使用Power Automate、Power BI者优先； 6. 优秀的问题解决能力； 7. 良好的沟通表达能力； 8. 学习能力强，具备优秀团队协作意识； 9. 工作积极主动、自我驱动，具备迎难而上的工作态度； 10. 熟练掌握英语口语与书面写作
