The Trainee Program will be the following area: Procurement The Trainee Program is designed around the trainee and will give a holistic view of Scania’s global operations. The trainee program will offer on a personal development plan with a clearly defined goal. The program consist of six mandatory modules and during the program the trainee will have 4 rotations in different functions across Scania China. The trainee is employed at a permanent position at the same department as the assigned managerial mentor. Qualifications High potentials with up to two years of work life experience prior to, or graduates B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply chain Management, Information Technology or Business and Management Proficiency in oral and written expression in English Soft skills Leadership skills and ambition to grow in a leader position Communicative team player and strong ability to work cross-functionally Goal, method and result oriented with a strategic mindset Ability to take initiative, solve problems quickly and efficiently
