Improve your collaborative skills, conduct independent research and develop your critical analysis to enhance your creative abilities. Upon successful completion of this course, you should be able to demonstrate your ability to innovate and contribute to the advancement of interior design practices.

This course is ideal for:

• aspiring interior designers seeking advanced knowledge and skills
• professionals aiming to specialise in adaptive reuse and innovative design
• individuals interested in a global perspective on interior design.
• We'll provide opportunities for you to connect with companies, clients and professional designers to collaborate on projects and showcase your work. Previous collaborations have included Coventry Watch Museum, BMW Mini, Bugatti Trust and Compton Verney. 2
• Study on a course that uses research-driven user-centric approaches, a comprehensive design process, space manipulation, innovative design thinking and collaboration that should redefine your interaction with environments.
• Access facilities ranging from design workshops to immersive studios equipped with the latest VR technology. 4
• Attend industry lectures and visits by professionals in all areas of interior design, architecture, product and related creative industries (subject to availability). 2

An honours degree 2:2 or above in interior design, architecture, product design or architectural technology.

You will need to submit a portfolio that includes a selection of your work. Your portfolio should demonstrate your design process and interior design skills, including interior design drawings (CAD), 3D computer models and renderings and hand-drawn sketches.
