1. 统筹处理量产产品相关日常事务，负责生产系统日常维护工作。 2. 实时监控生产状态，快速协调、处理生产过程中的各类异常问题。 3. 负责生产数据汇总分析、产品失效分析，牵头推进产线良率提升、生产效率优化等改善工作。 4. 对接客户技术需求，及时响应并处理客户投诉与技术咨询。 5. 负责第二供应商物料导入、验证及落地相关各项事务。 Responsibilities 1. Manage day-to-day affairs of mass-produced products, including production system maintenance. 2. Monitor production status in real time; quickly coordinate and resolve abnormalities on the line. 3. Aggregate and analyze production data and perform failure analysis; lead yield improvement and efficiency optimization initiatives. 4. Interface with customers on technical requirements; respond to complaints and technical inquiries promptly. 5. Handle secondary-supplier material introduction, verification, and qualification. 8. Assist in driving component-level reliability validation and participate in defining incoming material and reliability standards. 9. Support lab prototyping, NPI trial production, mass production transition, and secondary sourcing cost-reduction validation.

1. 硕士及以上学历，光电、通信、电子、自动化、机械等相关专业。 2. 熟悉光通信原理，了解半导体激光器、探测器、调制器等核心器件工作原理。 3. 具备较强的逻辑思维与数据分析能力；熟悉 Minitab 等数据分析工具者优先。 4. 英语 CET-4 及以上，英语口语熟练，具备基本的英文沟通及读写能力。 5. 了解产品生命周期管理（PLM）及产品运营管理知识。 6. 具备快速学习能力、良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神；能适应短期出差。 7. 有大型光通信企业实习或项目经验者优先。 Qualifications 1. Master's degree or above in Optoelectronics, Communications, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical, or related fields. 2. Familiar with optical communication principles and the working principles of core devices such as semiconductor lasers, detectors, and modulators. 3. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; knowledge of Minitab or similar tools preferred. 4. CET-4 or above，Fluent in spoken English, with basic English communication, reading, and writing skills . 5. Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and product operations. 6. Fast learner with strong communication and teamwork skills; willing to take short-term business trips. 7. Internship or project experience at a major optical communication company preferred.
