Responsible for the evaluation, project planning, and implementation of vision and algorithms for new projects. 2. Research and develop machine vision algorithms. 3. Develop machine vision algorithms for automated industrial production based on project requirements. 4. Develop algorithms for automated control systems. 5. Track frontier technologies in machine vision algorithms. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、模式识别、数字图像处理、电子、应用数学等相关专业。 2. 具备扎实的数学功底，对计算机视觉中的数学方法及建模有一定研究。 3. 擅长 C、C++、Matlab 等编程语言。 4. 熟悉常用的开发工具和框架，掌握 Halcon 或 VisionPro 视觉工具库的使用。 5. 熟悉机器视觉相机及镜头的工作原理与使用方法，能够进行常见的硬件选型。 6. 具备很强的探索创新能力，能够以独创性思维进行算法研究。 7. 逻辑思维清晰严谨，有较强的学习能力和钻研精神。 8. 具备优秀的团队合作与组织能力，踏实上进、责任心强、抗压能力强。 9. 具备良好的英文基础，英语听说读写熟练，能够快速阅读并翻译英文技术资料。 Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above (full-time); major in Computer Science, Pattern Recognition, Digital Image Processing, Electronics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. 2. Solid mathematical foundation with some research exposure to mathematical methods and modeling in computer vision. 3. Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, and Matlab. 4. Familiar with common development tools and frameworks; proficient in using vision libraries such as Halcon or VisionPro. 5. Familiar with the working principles and usage of machine vision cameras and lenses; able to perform common hardware selection. 6. Strong exploratory and innovative ability, capable of conducting algorithm research with original thinking. 7. Clear and rigorous logical thinking with strong learning ability and a spirit of in-depth study. 8. Excellent teamwork and organizational skills; diligent, motivated, responsible, and resilient under pressure. 9. Good English foundation with proficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to quickly read and translate English technical materials.
