【工作职责】 Responsibilities: 1. 帮助项目团队实施Aspice标准，提高研发过程的质量和效率; Help project teams implement the ASPICE standard to improve the quality and efficiency of the development process. 2. 管理项目的需求、文档、系统工具等配置项，确保其准确、完整、可追溯和可控; Manage the configuration items of project requirements, documents, system tools, etc., to ensure their accuracy, completeness, traceability, and control. 3. 管理和维护配置管理工具链，确保其正常运行并满足项目需求; Manage and maintain the configuration management toolchain to ensure its normal operation and meet project needs. 4. 维护和改进现有流程，推动研发流程的优化和改进； Maintain and improve existing processes, promote the optimization and improvement of the development process. 5. 提供培训和支持，研究和推广最佳实践，协助项目团队使用配置管理工具; Provide training and support, research and promote best practices, and assist project teams in using configuration management tools. 6. 维护和支持Git/Gerrit/Jenkins/Artifactory等代码的构建环境; Maintain and support the build environment for Git/Gerrit/Jenkins/Artifactory, etc. 7. 使用脚本语言进行开发以及维护自动化构建脚本； Develop and maintain automated build scripts with scripting languages. 【岗位要求】 Requirements： 1. 计算机科学、电子工程或相关专业本科学历； Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field. 2. 熟悉软件开发流程和项目管理方法，熟悉配置管理工具和技术； Familiar with software development processes and project management methods, as well as configuration management tools and techniques. 3. 具备分析和解决问题的能力，能够快速识别和解决配置管理中的问题； Ability to analyze and solve problems, and quickly identify and resolve configuration management issues. 4. 熟悉配置管理工具链，具备丰富的工具链维护和管理经验； Familiar with configuration management toolchains, with rich experience in toolchain maintenance and management. 5. 熟练掌握常见的配置管理工具，如Git、Gerrit、Gitlab、Jenkins、Artifactory等； Expert in common configuration management tools such as Git, Gerrit, Gitlab, Jenkins, Artifactory, etc. 6. 熟练掌握BAT/Shell/Python等脚本语言； Expert in scripting languages such as BAT/Shell/Python. 7. 良好的英文读写能力； Good English reading and writing skills. 8. 良好的沟通交流能力，团队合作精神，自我驱动； Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, self-motivation.
