You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage the latest AI tools to drive creativity and operational efficiency. Responsibilities 1. Sales Operations Support ·Support partnership proposals, presentations, and sales materials. ·Coordinate projects with internal teams and external partners. ·Maintain project trackers, documentation, and licensing assets. ·Assist with meetings, reporting, and daily operations. 2. Creative Support ·Support merchandise development and creative production. ·Prepare product mockups, presentations, and marketing materials. ·Manage brand assets and ensure brand consistency. ·Coordinate with designers and vendors on creative deliverables. 3. AI & AIGC Support ·Explore and utilize the latest AI tools to enhance creative production and operational efficiency. ·Generate AI-assisted concepts, visuals, and presentation materials. ·Research new AI tools and optimize team workflows. ·Build prompt libraries and support AI adoption across the team. Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 2. Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills. 3. Proficient in PowerPoint and familiar with creative tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator). 4. Passion for gaming, licensing, and consumer products. 5. Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Codex..) is a plus.
