In this role, you will work closely with development, publishing, production, and local market teams to plan and execute global marketing campaigns, version update promotions, gameplay launches, and community-driven initiatives. You will play a key role in turning game content, player insights, and market trends into impactful marketing ideas, helping Free Fire strengthen player engagement, expand brand influence, and deliver memorable campaign experiences across global markets. Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with development and local teams to plan and deliver effective and creative global large-scale campaigns and version update promotions. 2. Come up with new marketing initiatives that fits the trend and preference of our players. 3. Coordinate with internal production team, operations teams and external suppliers for material production. Scope might include event promotion, gameplay promotion and innovative community events. Required Qualifications 1. 0-3 or more years of marketing-related work experience, experience in the gaming industry is preferred. 2. Proficient in English, able to use it as a working language (both writing and speaking) 3. Good communication skills, multitasking ability, and creativity. Strong learning and adaptability skills. 4. Have hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., image and video generation) or other AI productivity applications . 5. Familiarity with the use of mainstream overseas social media is a must; knowledge/expertise of TikTok/YouTube ecosystems is a plus. 6. A certain passion for games and personal gaming experience, expertise in shooting games is a plus. 7. Possess a good understanding of the Free Fire ecosystem is a plus 8. Deep interest in ACG (Anime, Comic, and Games) culture is a plus
