Game Introduction Garena Free Fire is a self-developed mobile battle royale game developed and published by Garena for Android and iOS,which has remained one of the world’s most downloaded mobile games since 2019 and continues to be loved by players across global markets Role Introduction We are looking for a passionate and analytical product operation to join the Free Fire team. In this role, you will partner with R&D teams to define core game design goals, support game content creation, analyze player experience, and propose optimization ideas. You will approach problems from the player’s perspective and leverage testing feedback, data insights, and competitive research to identify opportunities for improving gameplay, player engagement, retention, and overall user experience. Responsibilities 1. Work closely with R&D teams to define core design goals for Free Fire and support the execution of gameplay, system, event, and content design directions. 2. Participate in game content planning and player experience optimization, including gameplay mechanics, event systems, user journeys, reward experiences, and engagement features. 3. Analyze player experience through internal testing, player feedback, data analysis, and competitive research to identify issues affecting engagement, retention, and overall user experience. 4. Stay updated on FPS, battle royale, mobile game, and global gaming trends, and translate learnings from competitive products into actionable design insights. 5. Explore and apply AI tools in game design and content planning, such as creative ideation, competitive research, player feedback organization, data analysis support, and design workflow improvement. Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university. 2. Fluency in Mandarin and English. 3. Experienced Gamer, strong interest in FPS is a big plus. 4. Basic understanding of game operations; internship or practical experience related to games is a plus. 5. A strong team player, skilled in communication and expression, and diligent and responsible in your work. 6. Hands-on and can do attitude. 7. Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skill. 8. Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Codex..) is a plus.
