部门/Department: Connected Car & Device Platform (C|TC) 地点/Location: Shanghai 工作经验/Applicants experience level: Internship 部门使命/Department Mission · We develop and operate cutting edge vehicle connectivity solutions for our customers 主要职责/Your Responsibilities Technical key words Project management support; Resource coordination; Administrative Support • Support on project resource planning and expense tracking • Manage access to share folder and project confluence pages • Schedule project meetings, workshops and conferences • Retrieve documents and distribute in team • Manage on-/off-boarding of external resources, e.g. obtain/return PKI card and equipment, create/deactivate accounts • Other duties assigned by supervisor 岗位要求/Required Qualification: • University Degree in Computer science/Finance/Automotive/EE • Good communication skill • PC knowledge: office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Languages: fluent both written and spoken Chinese and English.
