主要职责/Your Responsibilities: • Sales Data Analytics: Retail‑level performance analysis, including tracking metrics, mining consumer insights and outputting data‑driven marketing recommendations • Retail Marketing Campaign Planning: Full retail‑campaign governance, including designing end‑to‑end activities, coordinating stakeholders and evaluating post‑campaign outcomes • Channel Performance Monitoring: Dealer channel oversight, including tracking KPIs, identifying channel anomalies and formulating optimization proposals • Customer Journey Operation: End‑to‑end customer experience management, including managing offline touch‑points, lifting lead conversion and iterating marketing strategies. 岗位要求/Required Qualification: • Language skills: Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken) with the ability to use English as a working language. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (excellent excel skill). • Strong logical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Available for at least 4-6 months, with a minimum of 4 working days per week. • Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program at a recognized university. All majors are welcome. • Prior internship experience in consulting, data analysis, product management, or the automotive industry is a plus.
