Brief description of the position: The position of the Design Quality take lead the battery, E-drive, engine quality development& quality assurance start from project kickoff to PV-TBT. Also support for the projects take lead by VWAG, Audi AG& PAG. This position will interface closely with the R&D team of Power-train(Y) and Salz TE team, to VGC-QA, Salz. Quality and the JVs to ensure the project execution. Key Tasks: • Accountable and Responsible as driver of the battery, e-drive, engine design quality and Early phase Quality control on A, B, PV samples for R&D • Responsible for Feasibility analysis (DFM, DFA, DFT), D/PFMEA review, Design review • Responsible for Q-requirement management • Responsible to create, optimize, maintain processes with stakeholders in China and Global • Responsible for Production process tech. development and Review • Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests. • Responsible to manage and align the internal and external stakeholders (e.g. VW Group and suppliers) • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; part • Responsible for Failure analysis @ early phase • Responsible to summarize Lessons learned from the projects and internally transferring Qualification and skills required for the position: Education: Bachelor degree in Electro-chemistry, Chemistry, automotive, electrical, or respective field Knowledge, skills and others: Strong verbal and written communication skills Coordination skills and assertion skills Planning (project management) skills Detail orientation Self-motivated with the Willingness to learn Abstraction skills Openness (especially to intercultural differences) Professional (deep technical Background and Knowhow for the part or function)
