Main Goals and Objectives Support UX/UI Designer for the daily work Candidate's Responsibilities • Support Designer's daily work • Participate in the full HMI interaction and visual design process for smart cockpits, assisting in UI design, motion graphics creation, and 3D visual representation for core scenarios including the center console, instrument cluster, and HUD; • Assist in building and maintaining the cockpit UI component library and design guidelines to ensure visual consistency across multiple screens, enhancing both production quality and design efficiency; • Collaborate with product managers and interaction designers in requirement communication, user research, and competitive analysis to understand user pain points in driving scenarios and output experience optimization proposals; • Explore AI-native design workflows and participate in the practical implementation of cutting-edge topics such as AIGC-assisted design and generative UI component definition; • Track the development fidelity of design deliverables, assist in design QA, experience acceptance, and iterative improvements to ensure the final delivery quality Job Requirements • Work time: 5 days/week • Internship of at least 6 months or more • Well-organized, proactive, positive, reliable and willing to work in a multinational working environment, result-oriented, and detail- oriented • Capable to work under stress • Solid design foundation with excellent aesthetic sense. Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Figma and Sketch. Experience with 3D or engine tools like Blender, C4D, or Unity/Kanzi is highly preferred • Strong interest in smart automotive cockpits and HMI design. Possess user empathy and scenario-driven design thinking, with the ability to identify visual harmony and motion fluidity in interfaces; Necessary Education • Bachelor or Master student • Majoring in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Digital Media Art, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields Experience • Experience in Auto relative projects is preferred Skills (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.) • Good communication skills in English, • Proficient in Microsoft offices SW
