Open to fresh graduated applicants. 学习成绩优异，有海外交换/多元文化背景者优先 Outstanding academic performance; overseas academic background or multi‑cultural background is preferred. 具备极强的学习能力、抗压能力与跨领域沟通协作能力 Demonstrated strong learning agility, resilience under pressure, and cross‑functional communication & collaboration capabilities. 对自动驾驶 / 智能出行 / 人工智能赛道有强烈兴趣与长期投入意愿 Strong passion and long‑term commitment toward autonomous driving, smart mobility and artificial intelligence sectors. 加分项 有创业 / 学生组织 leader / 顶级商赛 / 大厂核心岗位实习经验 Hands‑on experience in entrepreneurship, student organization leadership, top‑tier business competitions, or internships at leading enterprises. 具备出色的结构化思考、商业洞察与中英双语表达 Excellent structured thinking, commercial acumen, and bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English. 接受全国乃至海外（北京 / 上海 / 深圳 / 香港 / 新加坡 / 欧盟等）出差调配 Willing to do the business travel across domestic and global locations (Beijing / Shanghai / Shenzhen / Hong Kong / Singapore / EU, etc.).
