You will ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, accessible documentation throughout the entire lifecycle of semiconductor products. Key Responsibilities Keywords: Data Management, Technical Documentation and Cross-functional Communication - Collect, organize, and maintain product definitions, technical specifications, and raw data; - Produce and maintain documentation, including datasheets, manuals, and internal reference materials; - Create clear and accurate technical diagrams to visually represent system architecture, functional relationships, and hardware concepts; - Analyze and summarize new technologies and technical information, producing structured references to support documentation and decision-making; - Prepare technical awareness materials to help target audiences understand product capabilities and clarify technical differences; - Bridge cross-functional communication between engineering, project management, and client-facing teams to ensure clear, accurate and efficient technical messaging. 4. Required Qualifications 1.Education & Language Skills - Master’s degree or above in a language-related or engineering field; - Strong English proficiency with formal training or certifications in language, intepreting, translation or writing; - Solid command of written English, with the ability to produce clear, precise, and professional documentation. 2.Experience - Language-related internships or project experiences demonstrating structured writing skills; - Exposure to interdisciplinary projects, with interest in learning beyond a single academic domain. 3.Core Skills - Conceptual Writing: able to explain technical concepts clearly and in a structured, audience-aware manner; - Document Proofreading: able to carefully review complete documents, identify errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguous statements, and suggest improvements; - Information Organization: able to organize scattered or raw information into logical, coherent structures suitable for documentation; - Learning Agility: able to quickly learn new technical topics, identify key information, and integrate it into knowledge repositories; - Attention to Detail: demonstrates accuracy and consistency when handling definitions, terminology, and structured content. 4.
