In this role. you will be involved in the full lifecycle management of game updates, working closely with development,QA,regional operation,and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases, maintain game stability, and continuously improve player experience. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about games and eager to build experience in global game operations Responsibilities 1. Manage the full life cycle of Free Fire game patch and update releases ensuring smooth delivery of game content according to planned schedules. 2. Monitor and follow up on game content configurations, bug reports, network issues, and other operational problems,coordinating with relevant teams to identify root cases and drive solutions. 3. Monitor player feedback and game performance, identify potential issues affecting player experience,and provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvement. 4. Participate in improving game operation processes, including release management issue tracking and cross-team collaboration workflows,to enhance operational efficiency. Required Qualification 1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university 2. Fluency in Mandarin and English. 3. Passion for games,strong interest in FPS is a big plus. 4. Basic understanding of game operations Internship experiences, project experience, community operations, or other practical experience related to the gaming intensity is preferred 5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and execution. 6. Hands-on attitude with the ability to proactively take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 8.
