Support global digital advertising campaigns for Free Fire and contribute to user growth across overseas markets. 2. Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns on major platforms such as Google, TikTok, and Meta/Facebook. 3. Analyze campaign performance, summarize key insights, communicate findings with relevant teams, and help drive follow-up optimization plans. 4. Participate in the planning, execution, and review of key creative assets to ensure official content accurately reflects the game quality, brand tone, and campaign message. 5. Work cross-functionally with regional marketing, creative, operations, and other teams to support overall media buying strategies. 6. Support daily communication and meetings with international colleagues to improve global execution efficiency. Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields,relevant internship or project experience are plus. 2. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. 3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proficiency in English. 4. Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities, drive project progress. 5. Passion for games,strong interest in FPS is a big plus. 6.
