• Location: Puchong • 5 working days (4 days in-office + 1 day remote in a hybrid model, with flexible working hours) • Japanese MNC About the role Build strong relationships with Japanese and local/global corporate clients and support the Sales team in generating new business opportunities. Assist in identifying client needs across digital marketing services (websites, SNS operations, creative, SEO/AIO strategies), online advertising and offline marketing activities and help propose suitable solutions that contribute to client and company growth. You will work closely with the Account Manager and internal teams to develop proposals, follow up on sales activities, and help maintain long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential Japanese and local/global corporate clients to generate new business leads • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, marketing budget, and goals • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and local internal teams, including interpreting in meetings and translating documents and emails (Japanese ⇔ English) • Support the Account Manager during client meetings, providing prompt follow-up and assistance with client requests • Work with the creative team and campaign operation team to help develop marketing proposals tailored to each client's needs and budget • Assist in preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and sales materials to clients • Support efforts to expand business with existing clients • Assist in monitoring campaign progress and client satisfaction, coordinating necessary adjustments with internal teams • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, invoices, delivery and payment follow-ups • Support the Account Manager in achieving team revenue and sales targets
