Job Responsibilities Coordinate with clients and the warehouse team for stock planning and arranging inbound/outbound shipments Assist the commercial and sales teams with daily operations including processing sales orders in the SAP System Provide documentation support for operational reports, including business performance and team KPI Maintain the daily inventory balance and monthly stocktake Assist in planning and supporting medical congresses, industry exhibitions, surgeon workshops, and hands-on wet labs/simulation training events Help manage marketing collateral, product brochures, exhibition booth design and digital content, ensuring all messaging aligns with regulatory standards and medical device compliance guidelines Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including work on weekends and public holidays when necessary Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above At least 2 years of relevant experience; previously in the MedTech / medical device field is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Basic graphic design or video editing skills are preferred Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Knowledge in SAP is preferred Excellent interpersonal communications skill. Able to work independently as well as a team member
