JOB DESCRIPTION Sales, Bidding and Contractual Deliverables • Engage with customers and their teams on their strategies, policies and other requirements and communicate their needs internally and the actions required to deliver customer satisfaction. • Support the Head of Bidding and the Bid and Integration Specialist to manage and maintain the data and information to ensure it is accurate, relevant and up to date. • Support the Bid Team with responses to client inquiries in Request For Information and Proposals (RFIs / RFPs) and vendor and due diligence questionnaires. • Support the Bid Team to implement AI functionality and coordinate data sets for customer questionnaires to drive efficiencies and consistent responses across Europe. • Create, develop, review reports and other communications for clarity, consistency and quality; ensure adherence with Envision Energy’s brand and style standards in conjunction with our marketing team. • Collaborate with multi-functional internal departments to support the collection of data, calculations, reports etc. to support client contractual requirements, including the creation of report templates. • Support communication and information exchange with our headquarters and its leaders and teams to enable internal knowledge transfer in the European team to improve responses to customers and regional authorities. • Support the Bid Manager and wider Sales and Compliance teams with subject expertise within the European and U.K. regulatory, and legislative landscapes and specific contractual requirements such as. Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, carbon footprint certificates, waste reporting etc. Internal Reporting • Assist and support our headquarters teams and Project Delivery teams with data collection, analysis and reviews to help with regulatory and internal disclosures to support our business key performance metrics, international brand reputation, third party rankings and mandatory requirements. • Coordinate data collection including management our data management platforms and ensuring internal contributors receive the necessary support to provide timely and accurate data inputs. • Monitor emerging trends, themes, regulatory requirements of our customers, government and the public, that might impact our business and highlight these themes to management. • Develop tracking tools to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met on an annual basis. • Contributing to the identification, coordination, and mitigation of related risks with focus on our European and U.K. locations. Internal and External Engagement • Deliver and transfer expertise and knowledge, including with the company’s sustainability policies and programs to wider internal teams to increase knowledge base with our Sales and wider teams. • Supporting the development of and implementation of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs with organizing employee, community and customer engagement events and initiatives. • Enhance colleague engagement through managing environmental content in our internal tools/communication platforms and raising awareness within our teams. • Collaborating with external advisors, industry associations, and community partners to strengthen the company’s engagement and program alignment. • Support the development of training materials on Corporate Social Responsibility.
