Role Summary: • This position will be part of AAM-BU Flight Control Team and play as a contributor on flight control algorithm development. Primary Responsibilities: • Work closely with flight control team members, understand requirements and design • Conduct research and analysis start-of-the-art flight control algorithm especially for evtol aircrafts • Develop flight control law as well as development & analysis tool for evtol flight control • Perform flight simulation to verify the algorithm performance • Write technical document and research report under instruction • Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments. Qualifications Required: • Degree: PhD/Master candidates • Major: Aerospace Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, Robotics or other related Engineering and Science fields from an accredited institution. • Solid background on aircraft dynamics, Nonlinear control& linear control theory • Experience with flight control law development and flight simulation • Familiar with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow • Have knowledge on flight control software development and MBD • Self-Motivated and open mind to learn • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Can work 5 days/week and minimum 3 months
