As a pharmacy student, you’ll combine the study of therapeutics and pharmaceutical sciences with the theory and practice of designing, developing, implementing and evaluating professional pharmacy services. You’ll have the option to choose electives that reflect your interests, preparing you for your dream career.
You’ll undertake clinical practice in a wide variety of settings throughout the degree, including a guaranteed hospital pharmacy placement for eligible students. On-campus learning takes place in the Graduate School of Health's state-of-the-art education and research facility, which opened in 2019.
Innovative and practice-based, this course gives you specialist knowledge relevant to contemporary pharmacy practice and the skills to succeed within changing medical, social, political and regulatory contexts. You’ll engage in self-directed and problem-based learning, acquire experience with new technologies and build a network of internationally recognised researchers, teachers and pharmacists.
