You'll complete a range of core Project Management units to build your vital disciplinary knowledge and expertise. You'll learn about managing risk, costs, time and stakeholders and develop valuable job-ready capabilities in areas like leadership, communication, innovation and entrepreneurship.
From this foundation, you'll get the opportunity to select your own journey, choosing the path that best supports your unique goals. Acquire a broad array of highly relevant competencies through Project Management options, or specialise your learning with an industry-focused sub-major in business, construction, data science or property development.
In this program, we teach an extensive array of essential competencies required in project management professionals, including procurement, stakeholder engagement, scheduling and financial management. You'll also discover broad skills in areas like negotiation, contracts management and problem-solving, or specialise your expertise through an industry-focused sub-major.
With a Design and Society degree from UTS, you'll build connections with industry from the moment you start your studies, and learn the skills to respond to social, cultural, environmental and economic challenges.
