Unit of study table: Pharmacy
The Master of Pharmacy is a postgraduate coursework degree that will prepare you for all aspects of the pharmacy profession, including leadership in innovative and evidence-based practice. Graduates from this course will be eligible to register with the Pharmacy Board of Australia after completing 1824 hours (one year) of supervised practical training and an Intern Training Program. You will complete core units in pharmacy, including professional practice and experiential placement, and a capstone unit in your final semester.

Prerequisites from 2026:
All prerequisite subjects must have been completed in the last ten years. Students can enrol in the program with 12 credit points of prerequisite subjects outstanding as long as these subjects are completed by the end of the first year of the Master of Pharmacy program.
All applicants are also required to submit a supplementary form as part of their application.
When completing the form, please list all associated subjects you have completed (or you are enrolled to complete) at a University level within the last 10 years that you believe may be related to the pre-requisite requirements. Assessment on pre-requisite knowledge will be based on the subjects you have listed on this form. You must nominate at least 36 credit points of pre-requisites before your form can be assessed.
