  • Become a registered educational psychologist. Register as a general psychologist when you graduate. You will be eligible for the two-year registrar program to become endorsed as an Educational and Developmental Psychologist.
  • Learn from globally recognised experts. Learn from educational psychology experts with extensive experience in settings like schools, private practice, and healthcare.
  • Access excellent employment opportunities. Graduates almost always gain employment by the start of the year after graduating and many are employed prior to graduating.

As part of a close cohort of students, you’ll gain a specialist education that includes key knowledge and skills imparted in the classroom, flexibility to choose your study load, and practical work experience so you’ll graduate career-ready.

  • Develop foundational and specialist skills. Guided by expert teaching staff, you will cover essential psychological skills including counselling, assessment, and research methods, and build specialist knowledge in human development and learning.
  • Gain practical, real-world experience. Develop your practical skills through 1,000 hours of supervised placement in a range of settings including schools, hospitals, and community settings.
  • Balance work and study. Choose to study full-time (2 years) or part-time (4 years), with some subjects offered partially in intensive Saturday workshops.
