This master's prepares you for the job market. In almost any domain (work, education, sports, arts), the selection and development of talent and creativity is high on the agenda. Pressing questions are: 1) How can we detect and select talented and creative individuals? 2) How do talent and creativity actually develop? 3) What strategies can we use to stimulate talent and creativity? Exactly these questions are the ones addressed in the Talent Development and Creativity master's programme.

• Talent and creativity across domains Explore how talent and creativity develop in sport, education, arts, and organizations, and how you can stimulate them through evidence-based interventions
• From science to practice Work with leading researchers and field partners to apply theory to real-world challenges and strengthen your profile with an internship
• Become an expert in talent assessment Learn advanced techniques to measure, assess, and predict performance and creativity, combining psychology and data analysis
• Develop as a coach and professional Build strong communication and reflection skills to guide others' growth – and your own
• Gain recognised certifications Opportunity to obtain an official sport psychology certificate (VSPN) and/or a professional coaching certificate
• Study in an international hub Be part of a global, research-driven community at one of Europe's leading universities for psychology and performance science
• Work on a career in a demanded field Become an expert in a field that is, and will remain, of importance to many domains
• Build your professional network Get in contact with organizations in the field through the programme's large professional network, including several sports clubs and associations, the Ministry of Defence, (inter)national companies, and education and arts institutions.

The program consists of (minimum) 10 EC Foundation courses, a 5 EC Skills course (coaching), a 5 EC Methods course, 10 EC Free choice courses, 10 EC Internship, and 20 EC Master thesis.
