2.2 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in Education or a related profession, e.g. social work, nursery nursing, clinical nursing, plus a professional teaching qualification, plus minimum 2 years professional, relevant experience.

We will also consider a degree in Education with no professional registration if significant experience is demonstrated. Further consideration is also given to applicants in a promoted post in a professional teaching position. Please also upload your certificate showing full registration, if available.

Relevant educational experience will be considered for qualifications outside the standard entry requirements. Please provide a detailed CV including dates, title held/role, responsibilities and duties if you wish to be considered on work experience.

International students with academic qualifications below those required should contact our partner institution, Glasgow International College , who offer a range of pre-Masters courses.

For applicants from non-majority English speaking countries, as defined by the UK Government , the University sets a minimum English Language proficiency level.

We accept a wide range of English language tests for entry to this programme. Tests must have been taken within 2 years 5 months of programme start date, and requirements must be met using a single test.
