What is MSc Energy Engineering ?
During the UEA Energy Engine ering master’s programme , y ou’ll learn about fundamental energy engineering principles . You may tailor your learning to your interests with options in renewable energy, including solar, wind, wave, and hydropower . You can also study further in nuclear energy, power systems, and energy storage, a s well as conventional sources , such as oil and gas. Ultimately, you’ll recogni s e the long-term goal of renewable energy alongside the broader reality of a sustainable energy mix.
Alongside research-led teaching from academics specialising in divers e energy field s, you 'll gain direct insight into industry practice and real-world energy applications through guest lectures from industry experts and site visits, such as our annual trip to Sizewell B nuclear power station and tour s of our on-campus PV and building-integrated PV installations .
