In a world facing urgent global challenges, from climate change to digital transformation, the need for engineering and technology leaders with vision, adaptability and commercial awareness has never been greater.
Whether you are a recent graduate or have a few years of professional experience, this innovative one-year programme will give you the opportunity to combine your engineering background with essential management and leadership skills. We will support you in building the knowledge and capability to lead in technology-driven industries.
You will typically need a strong second-class honours degree (55% or higher), or an international equivalent, in a relevant branch of engineering.
We welcome applicants from a wide range of engineering disciplines, provided that your undergraduate degree (or international equivalent) demonstrates relevant knowledge aligned to the chosen pathway and/or includes elements of management.
STEM subjects (such as Environmental Science, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Physics) will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Applicants whose degree is not related to their chosen pathway but who have two years of relevant paid work experience, or a qualification in a related field, are encouraged to apply.
Applicants may be recommended for an alternative pathway based on their academic background and work experience.
We will consider your application if your interim grades are currently slightly lower than the programme's entry requirements and may make you an aspirational offer. This offer would be at the standard level, so you would need to achieve the standard entry requirements by the end of your degree. Specific subject requirements would still apply.
We may also consider your application if your final overall achieved grade is slightly lower than the programme's entry requirement. In this case, your application may be more likely to receive an offer if you have additional qualifications and/or relevant work experience. Please include your CV when you apply.
See international equivalent qualifications on the International Office website.
Read the programme admissions statement for important information on entry requirements, the application process and supporting documents required.
If English is not your first language, you will need to reach the requirements outlined in our profile level E.
