Anjan: My name is Anjan. The skills and knowledge I gained from the MSc Cyber Security programme has been instrumental in my career as a cyber security engineer.
Sarang: I really enjoy living here in Birmingham. Talking about the university, it is a very prestigious university which is part of the Russell Group. They offer a blend of both theoretical as well as practical side when it comes to cyber security, and I feel like it's very important, because cyber security is not a theoretical subject.
Anjan: The ability to apply the fundamentals of security architecture, risk assessment, and standards directly to my work has been invaluable.
Sarang: We are put into groups, and we attack each other or defend against each other, there are board games, card games which are all again very interactive ways to learn the subject. I'm very confident that the university has provided me with all the necessary aspects to go and hit the ground running. It is exciting.
