The Master of Wine Science embeds practical winemaking skills within theoretical coursework. It provides opportunities for students to research topics that directly benefit the New Zealand wine industry and to study fundamental fermentation chemistry and biology.
This 180-point postgraduate programme is completed in three semesters on the City Campus. You'll have access to the Goldie Wine Science Centre on Waiheke Island for day field tips, where you'll gain practical viticulture and winemaking experience.
