The School of Slavonic and East European Studies has its own Careers Tutor and advisor and careers events are held during the year to enable students to meet prospective employers and gain insights from sectors, enable networking and attend hands-on workshops.
Our graduates progress to careers in governmental or international organisations, and many specialise in finance, commerce, analysis or consultancy. Others begin careers in diplomacy, journalism, or in non-governmental organisations. Some have continued to further study, choosing to undertake a PhD.
