The Digital Anthropology MSc will equip you with the ethnographic research and analytical skills needed to understand digital cultures and their impact on human societies and social life.
As part of the course you will study core anthropological theories of society and social relations, technology, materiality and immateriality, and explore their relevance to contemporary digital technologies, platforms, and practices, including social media, data and algorithms, digital infrastructures, smartphones, and online politics.
