The insightful and dynamic programme provides students with a solid understanding in security management and governance, strategic issues and geopolitics as well as cross-boundary, cross-sectoral and hybridised nature of domestic and international security domains.
The studies consist of joint programme studies, advanced studies in Security Management and International Security, and elective studies in a chosen area that will be consulted with the academic staff of the programme. Students may freely select their elective studies to direct their expertise towards a desired career path or a field of interest.
All students in the Master’s Programme in Security Management and Politics take part in master’s thesis seminar and prepare a master’s thesis under the supervision of a professor or another member of the faculty’s academic staff.
