This highly specialized program enrolls 15-20 exceptional MS in Real Estate students for a one-year intensive immersion in Real Estate Finance and Investment to prepare them for future management and executive positions. Students start in the summer and proceed as a cohort through classes and special mentoring, networking, study abroad, case study, and guest lecture opportunities with New York’s most respected business leaders.
Schack’s REIT fund is student-run, giving students direct experience overseeing a real securities portfolio, analyzing financials and making real-time investment decisions.
