Entrepreneurs and innovators are crucial in a world defined by rapid change, uncertainty, emerging technologies, and climate challenges. Individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset are more important than ever. This programme prepares you to navigate that fast-changing, uncertain world. You’ll build the entrepreneurial mindset and practical skills needed to spot opportunities, respond to uncertainty, and drive innovation – whether by launching a startup or innovating within organisations.
The programme design is twofold: supporting the entrepreneurial process of your startup while attending to your individual learning journey – equipping you to grow as founders and entrepreneurial leaders. You’ll develop core skills needed to build, test and develop a startup.
The programme begins with cutting-edge, research-based insights into the entrepreneurial process and opportunity recognition. Throughout the autumn semester, you will learn methods to test feasibility, desirability, and viability of your startup, design business models, explore team dynamics, reflect on yourself as an entrepreneurial leader, crunch your startup’s numbers, and seek out sources of finance. In the spring, you will design and run real-life experiments to validate your idea and build pitch decks.
