An undergraduate degree (BA/BSc) with at least 60 credits in business administration or the equivalent. English course 6/English level 2 (advanced proficiency).
Managing People, Organisations and Change prepares you to become a manager and leader who understands the complex challenges organisations face today.
In this programme you learn about managing and leading organisations and explore contemporary challenges related to people and work, organisational change, creativity, technology and sustainability. During the programme you analyse complex organisational situations from different perspectives and understand how they are shaped by different actors, interests and interpretations.
The programme places strong emphasis on independent thinking and critical reflection. Rather than treating management as a set of ready-made solutions, you will learn to question established assumptions, critically evaluate different approaches and consider their possibilities and limitations. This will help you become a reflective and responsible practitioner, equipped to make informed decisions in situations where there may be no simple solution.
