Delivered over one or two years, the programme provides a thorough and practice-oriented education in the constitutional foundations and specialised dimensions of economic law within the European Union. It is designed for law graduates seeking to deepen their expertise or redirect their career focus.
The programme combines compulsory and elective courses. Students gain a thorough understanding of the EU’s legal framework, including its constitutional foundations, internal market, and competition law, as well as specialised areas of current interest such as intellectual property law, AI and big data, financial law, and trade law. Graduates are well equipped to navigate and influence legal processes within and beyond the European Union.
Sustainability is integrated throughout the curriculum, enabling students to address pressing environmental and societal challenges in legal contexts. Practical skills in litigation, negotiation, and legal writing are emphasised to ensure readiness for professional practice.
