The cultural and creative sector includes a wide range of activities, characterised by specific strategic aspects and an increasingly strong hybridisation. It is now flourishing and defining a new aesthetic, entrepreneurial and cosmopolitan capitalism. Since 2004, thanks to the expertise of the Creative Industries Culture Research Centre KEDGE enables its students to specialise in management of the arts, culture and creative industries, first in a specialised course in the Programme Grande Ecole, and now in this MSc. Since 2021, KEDGE has created an Institute for Arts & Creative Industries Management Expertise: KEDGE Arts School. Managers, artists, entrepreneurs – you are all welcome! We are looking for cultivated, passionate, committed, entrepreneurial students who will lead the industry of tomorrow.” Anne GOMBAULT Head of KEDGE Arts School and MSc Arts & Creative Industries Management
Immersive pedagogy is at the heart of the MSc Arts & Creative Industries Management at KEDGE Arts School. This postgraduate programme combines academic teaching, professional experience and hands-on learning within leading French cultural and creative organisations. Students develop practical skills, industry knowledge and international perspectives that strengthen their career opportunities in arts and creative industries management.
Onsite Courses: Students attend courses and workshops at prestigious Parisian cultural institutions such as the Louvre Museum, Centre Pompidou and Paris Opéra. These immersive experiences provide practical insights into cultural management, artistic production and creative industries.
Study Trips: Throughout the academic year, students participate in study trips across regions including Provence, Normandy, Côte d’Azur and New Aquitaine. These experiences allow students to explore sectors such as art, heritage, fashion, music, cinema, tourism and creative entrepreneurship.
Masterclasses and Professional Networking: Students regularly interact with artists, managers, researchers and professionals from the creative industries through masterclasses, conferences and networking events organised on the Paris campus and within partner organisations.
Learning by Doing: The programme emphasises project-based learning through artistic, cultural and managerial projects developed with partner organisations. Students work on communication strategies, digital projects, audience development and innovation initiatives in the cultural sector.
