(1) Provide graduates with a comprehensive understanding of electric vehicles that encompasses both research and practical applications. Through a well-rounded curriculum, students will gain in-depth knowledge of the various aspects of electric vehicles, including design, technology, energy solutions, and management.
(2) Address the increasing demand for highly skilled professionals in the field of electric vehicles in Hong Kong, China, and around the world. By equipping students with specialised expertise and practical skills, the programme aims to meet the industry’s growing need for qualified individuals who can contribute to the development and adoption of electric mobility solutions.
Candidates without honours degrees who have other relevant qualifications and/or appropriate work experience may also be considered.
If you are not a native speaker of English, and your Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is awarded by institutions where the medium of instruction is not English, you are expected to fulfil the University’s minimum English language requirement for admission purposes. Please refer to the " Admission Requirements " section for details.
Individual cases will be considered on their own merits. Applicants may be required to attend interviews or take tests to further demonstrate their language proficiency.
