The ASU master’s in supply chain management degree features cutting-edge courses taught by world-renowned faculty. You'll gain the technical knowledge and real-world skills it takes to thrive in diverse industries and roles including supply chain manager, sourcing leader, logistics manager, project manager, and category manager. This program teaches the technical elements of data and modeling, purchasing and procurement, and logistics to help graduates understand how to manage not just the flow of products, but also the processes that generate them. Possible job titles and roles may include any of the following. Work with your assigned career coach, who has specialized knowledge of supply chain management careers and what recruiters seek. Leverage your supply chain expertise to oversee warehouse or distribution center operations. Use your knowledge of supply chain management to forecast demand for products and services, as well as develop strategies to effectively meet customer demands. Manage inventory levels by tracking stock movements and implementing strategies to minimize costs, while ensuring availability. Manage the movement of goods and materials within a company or across multiple organizations. Analyze data to identify inefficiencies or areas of improvement for operations. Help companies optimize their processes and improve overall efficiency. Research, compare, and analyze potential products and services from suppliers for an organization. Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to customers. Ensure sustainable practices are implemented throughout the supply chain process.
