岗位职责： 岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 1、负责设备在客户现场的安装、调试及优化； Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and optimization of equipment at customer sites. 2、负责对客户进行设备应用培训； Responsible for providing equipment application training to customers. 3、协调处理客户反馈，提供相应的技术支持； Coordinate and handle customer feedback, and provide corresponding technical support. 4、负责设备故障分析与处理； Responsible for equipment fault analysis and troubleshooting. 5、协助负责售后物料管理； Assist in after-sales material management. 6、完成上级安排的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. 岗位要求： 任职要求 / Job Requirements 1、2027届毕业生； Bachelor's degree graduates of the Class of 2027. 2、理工科相关专业； Major in Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields. 3、具备良好的客户沟通意识与问题解决能力，能适应国内外出差或驻场工作。 Possess strong customer communication awareness and problem-solving skills; able to adapt to domestic and international business travel or on-site work assignments.
